Creating Your GSPEN Individual Account

Welcome to our platform! Creating an individual account is a simple process that gives you access to all our features, services and allows you to register yourself. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to create your individual account. Please note that if you wish to make bulk purchases for your employees, a corporate account is required, which will change your account status. Learn how to Create a GSPEN Corporate Account.

Steps to Create Your Individual Account:

1. 🖊️ Sign Up:
   • Navigate to the login/registration page.
   • Click on the “Register” button at the top of the page.
   • Fill in your personal details such as name, email address, password and any other required information.
2. 👤 Select Your Account Type:
   • If you do not check the checkbox labelled “Making Purchases for Your Employees (Bulk Payments)”, your account will be created as an Individual Account.
3. 📧 Verify Your Email:
   • Once you submit your details, we will send a verification email to the address you provided. Check your inbox and click on the verification link. You must verify your account within 72 hours, or your account will be deleted.
4. 📝 Complete Your Profile:
   • After verifying your email, you can now Register for a Conference/Forum.

By completing these steps, you will be set up with a GSPEN Individual Account.

What Happens If You Check the “Making Purchases for Your Employees” Box?

If you check the box “Making Purchases for Your Employees (Bulk Payments)” during account registration, your account will request to become a Corporate Account. This is only meant for team leaders, managers, or organizations that need to register multiple employees on their behalf.

Looking to Create a Corporate Account?

If you’re interested in creating a corporate account instead, check the box during the sign-up process, and your account will automatically be upgraded to a corporate account. Create a GSPEN Corporate Account.
